摘要
旅游产业发展对地区居民收入具有重要影响。文章以典型红色文化旅游城市延安市为例,采用延安市1995-2017年的相关数据,通过构建向量误差修正模型(VECM)考察旅游产业发展对居民收入以及物价水平的影响。研究发现:旅游产业发展与居民收入以及物价水平之间存在长期均衡关系,旅游产业发展在显著促进居民增收的同时,也会在一定程度上抬升地区物价水平,进而对居民实际收入水平产生负向影响,但相比而言,旅游业对于促进居民增收的正向作用强度更大。因此,地区经济发展应重视开发旅游文化资源,充分发挥旅游业在促进居民增收方面的正向作用,同时应从加强物价监管、优化资源配置以及完善收入分配等方面化解旅游业发展带来的负向效应。
The development of tourism industry has an important impact on the income of local residents. Taking Yan′an, a typicalred cultural tourism city, as an example, using the relevant data of Yan′an from 1995 to 2017, this paper constructs a vector errorcorrection model(VECM) to investigate the impact of tourism industry development on residents’ income and the price level. It isfound that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the development of tourism industry and residents′ income andprice level. While the development of tourism industry significantly promotes the increase of residents′ income, it also increases theregional price level to a certain extent. Furthermore, it has a negative impact on the actual income level of residents. Comparativelyspeaking, tourism still has a stronger positive effect on the increase of residents′ income. Therefore, the study holds that regionaleconomic development should attach importance to the development of tourism resources and give full play to the positive role oftourism in promoting residents′ income. At the same time, the negative effects of tourism development should be resolved from theaspects of strengthening price supervision, optimizing resource allocation and improving income distribution.
