复杂构造条件下自然崩落底柱巷道变形控制 被引量:1

摘要 底柱巷道的稳定是自然崩落法采矿的关键,16 m高的底柱中布置有密集的出矿道、漏斗、通风巷、卸矿硐室等工程,其整体性减弱。随着拉底爆破、出矿等采矿活动诱导,底柱巷道稳定性变差,特别是多断层复杂构造段巷道变形破坏严重,支护返修次数频繁,生产安全隐患大,维护费用高。本文以自然崩落法某铜矿为例,结合采矿作业中的各种影响条件,分析多断层复杂构造条件下的底柱巷道变形破坏机理,提出地压控制措施、双层喷锚网+长锚索支护体的壁后注浆、断层下盘增补钢管混凝土立柱,实现主动和被动相结合的支护型式,实施后巷道变形得以控制,保障了矿山的安全生产。 The stability of the bottom pillar roadway is the key of the natural caving method.The high-level 16 m bottom column is densely packed with mining funnels,mining,ventilation,unloading chambers and other projects,and its integrity is weakened.With the induced dynamic pressure caused by mining activities such as bottom blasting and mining,the stability of the roadway of the bottom column is deteriorated,especially the deformation and damage of the roadway near the complex fault zone with multiple faults,the number of repairs and repairs is frequent,the safety hazard of production is increased,and maintenance is maintained.The cost is extremely high.Taking a copper mine of natural caving method as an example,the deformation and failure mechanism of the bottom pillar roadway under complex structural conditions with multiple faults is analyzed.The ground pressure control measures are proposed to increase the ultra-fine cement after the double-layer spray anchor net+long anchor cable support body wall.The combination of active and passive support is realized,and the deformation of the roadway is controlled to ensure the safe production of the mine.
