普朗铜矿底部结构应力变化模拟分析研究 被引量:20

摘要 根据普朗铜矿底部结构设计以及工程施工的先后顺序,应用FLAC^(3D)数值分析软件,建立等比例模型,对出矿穿脉、拉底巷道、出矿进路、拉底作业、放矿漏斗等一系列工程施工开挖后,采场底部结构的应力变化进行了模拟分析研究。研究结果表明:放矿漏斗施工完成后,聚矿槽四周产生应力集中区,出矿进路眉线处顶、底板为最大主应力集中区域,需要加强支护。 Based on the bottom structure design and construction sequence in Pulang copper mine,full-scale model was established by FLAC^(3D) numerical analysis software.And the stress change of bottom structure was simulated and analyzed after a series of engineering construction including oredrawing transverse drift,undercutting tunnel,ore-drawing drift,undercutting operation and ore-drawing funnel.The research results showed that after constructing the ore-drawing funnel,stress concentration region appeared around the ore-collecting gallery.And the maximum principal stress concentration region appeared in the roof and floor of oredrawing drift,which must need to reinforce support.
