摘要 煤矿的采煤效率依靠高度的机械化和自动化设备,机电设备维护是保证采煤效率和安全的重要工作。为解决煤矿井下设备检修记录填写时,纸质记录不易留存、数据不易统计分析、突击补填记录等问题,神东煤炭集团开展了煤矿设备检修信息化建设。在为各矿井配备井下Wi Fi或4G网络、为员工配备防爆手机的基础上,自主研发了设备云检修系统;依托于神东移动平台,实现了设备二维码管理、设备日检、设备班检、设备周检、设备月检、交接班记录、问题跟踪等功能。系统建成后,员工持防爆手机扫描设备二维码就可实现设备检修,可面对面用手机交接班或者远程交接班,设备问题持续跟踪并落实到个人。 Coal mine production efficiency depends on the degree of mechanization and automation of equipment,and the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment is an important work to ensure coal mining efficiency and safety.In order to solve the problems such as the paper records are not easy to be retained,the data is not easy to be statistically analyzed,and the records are filled in by surprise,Shendong Coal Group has carried out the information construction of coal mine equipment maintenance.By establishing underground WiFi or 4G network,equipping employees with explosion-proof mobile phones,and independently developing equipment cloud maintenance system,relying on Shendong mobile platform,the functions of equipment QR code management,equipment maintenance,shift record and problem tracking are realized.After the completion of the system,employees can scan the equipment QR code with explosion-proof mobile phones to realize equipment maintenance tracking,face-to-face or remote shift handover by mobile phone.
