摘要
大同煤矿集团公司机电设备盘活工作采用手工记账,主要存在处理速度慢、传递不及时等问题;建立机电设备盘活系统可以对集团公司机电设备盘活管理所涉及存量机电设备信息生成、存量机电设备信息公示、盘活步骤、存量机电设备使用情况跟踪、分析等进行全程闭环式信息化管理,加快了设备周转、提高工作效率。
The manual accounting was used in the work of Datong Coal Mine Group electromechanical equipment activation,has mainly discharges that the processing speed is slower,and the delivery is not timely and so on;the establishment of electromechanical equipment system can revitalize the stock equipment information generation and publicity,the tracking and analysis of the activation step and the service condition of stock equipment,and form the entire closed-loop information management system,which speed up the equipment turnover,and improve work efficiency.
