摘要
目的:通过对江西省内的精神卫生医疗机构现状情况进行研究分析,了解江西省精神卫生医疗机构依法执业现状的总体情况,为做好今后精神卫生医疗机构的监管提供借鉴。方法:对141家江西省内的精神卫生医疗机构进行问卷调查,收集有关数据进行描述性分析。结果:精神卫生医疗机构地区发展不平衡,房屋建筑面积不足,卫生技术人员配置未达到标准,设备配置未达到标准,精神卫生监督执法能力有待强化。结论:加强精神卫生医疗机构事中事后监管,完善相关精神卫生医疗机构基本标准,加大精神卫生监督执法力度,进一步提高基层精神卫生监督执法水平,加强精神卫生医疗机构依法执业意识,提高医疗机构依法执业水平。
Objective:To analyze the current situation of mental health medical institutions in Jiangxi Province,to understand the overall situation of the legal practice of mental health medical institutions in Jiangxi Province,and to provide reference for the future supervision of mental health medical institutions.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 141 mental health medical institutions in Jiangxi Province,and relevant data were collected for descriptive analysis.Results:The development of mental health institutions was uneven,the construction area of housing was insufficient,the allocation of health technicians did not meet the standards,and the equipment allocation did not meet the standards.The capacity of mental health supervision and law enforcement needed to be strengthened.Conclusion:It’s necessary to strengthen post-event and post-event supervision of mental health medical institutions,improve the basic standards of relevant mental health medical institutions,strengthen mental health supervision and law enforcement,further improve the level of basic mental health supervision and law enforcement,strengthen the mental health medical institutions’ legal awareness of practice,and improve medical institutions’ legal compliance practice level.
