摘要
文章旨在评估犊牛日粮中直接添加大豆油或混合不同处理方式的大豆对其生长性能、养分表观消化率及血液代谢物的影响。试验选择3日龄平均初始体重为(38.98±3.08)kg的犊牛48头,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头牛。对照组饲喂代乳料(不含油脂),T1组用18 kg大豆油与代乳料混合,T2组用81 kg膨化大豆与代乳料混合,T3组用81 kg烘烤大豆与代乳料混合,犊牛在59 d断奶,之后持续饲喂至73 d。结果:不同油脂添加方式对犊牛的生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。在断奶后,T1组较对照组、T2和T3组显著降低了中性洗涤纤维表观消化率(P<0.05)。与脂肪补充组相比,对照组犊牛在59和73 d时显著提高(P<0.05),在73 d时,对照组犊牛体宽显著高于处理组(P<0.05)。断奶后对照组犊牛血清白蛋白浓度显著高于处理组(P<0.05)。结论:加工过的含油种子比直接在饲料中添加油脂更能改善犊牛的粪便评分和纤维消化率。
The purpose of the experiment was to evaluate the effects of soybean oil or soybean mixed with different treatments on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and blood metabolites of calves.Forty-eight 3-day-old calves with an average initial weight of 38.98±3.08kg were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 4 replicates for each group and 4 replicates for each group.The control group was fed with milk substitute(without oil).The T1 group was mixed with 18 kg of soybean oil and milk substitute,the T2 group was mixed with 81 kg of puffed soybean and milk substitute,and the T3 group was mixed with 81 kg of baked soybean and milk substitute.The calves were weaned at 59 days and continuously fed to 73 days.Results:the growth performance of calves was not significantly affected by different oil adding methods(P>0.05).After weaning,the apparent digestibility of neutral washing fiber was significantly reduced in T1 group compared with the control group,T2 and T3 group(P<0.05).Compared with the fat supplementation group,the calves of the control group were significantly improved on days 59 and 73(P<0.05),and the calf body width of the control group was significantly higher on days 73 than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).Serum albumin concentration of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group after weaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:The processed oil seed could improve the fecal score and fiber digestibility of calves more than adding oil to the feed directly.
