摘要
为探讨日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌对肉牛育肥增重性能与消化率的影响,本试验选取13月龄、体重(313.23±2.86)kg的新疆褐牛与哈萨克牛杂交F1代公牛30头,随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组饲喂全混合日粮(TMR),试验组在TMR中添加枯草芽孢杆菌粉剂(活菌数≥1×1010 CFU/g)10 g/100 kg体重,饲养期为90 d,每隔30 d进行TMR剩料粒度、体重变化与消化率测定,并采用粪筛对粪样分布进行粒度分析。结果表明:在TMR制作粒度保持不变情况下,不同处理组间TMR剩料的宾州筛各层(第1层:孔径19 mm;第2层:孔径8 mm;第3层:孔径1.18 mm;底层:<1.18 mm)分布未呈现显著差异,但育肥后期TMR剩料中粒径19 mm以上长粗饲料分布比例下降;13月龄肉牛体重变化随饲养天数呈一元线性增长;2组肉牛干物质采食量无显著差异,但试验组全期平均日增重较对照组提高了23%(1.60 vs 1.30 kg/d;P<0.05),平均耗料增重比与对照组相比降低了18.8%(P<0.05);试验组有机物、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率较对照组均有提高(P>0.05);利用粪筛对粪便粒径分析结果表明试验组肉牛对TMR中饲料颗粒消化更加充分。综上,日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌虽然不能提高13月龄肉牛采食量,但可提高TMR中长粗饲料进食,并不同程度提高蛋白质与纤维消化率,肉牛增重速率提高了23%,对提高肉牛育肥饲料转化效率具有明显的促进作用。
This study was conducted to determine dietary Bacillus subtilis(BS)supplemental effect on feedlotting performance and nutrient digestibility of beef cattle.The 13-month-old offspring bulls of Xinjiang brown cattle(♂)and Kazakh cattle(♀)crossbred were selected as experimental animals,during 90-day feeding period,30 beef bulls weighed 313.23±2.86 kg were divided into a control(CT)and a BS group and fed with a same total mixed rations(TMR).The ration of BS group was daily supplemented with 10 g BS powder(live bacteria count,≥1010 CFU/g)per 100 kg of body weight.All animals were weighed and apparent nutrient digestibility was measured once 30 day,Particle size distribution of TMR and feces were measured with the Penn State Particle Separator and Feces Particle Size Separator,respectively.As a result,although the particle size of TMR offered and leftover after feeding did not differ,the particle above 19 mm of TMR leftovers decreased against the feeding day.Live body weight in 13-month old bulls presented a linear growth pattern during the feedlotting period.Although dry matter intake was not affected,the average daily weight gain(ADG)was increased by 23%in BS compared with CT group(1.60 vs 1.30 kg/d),and the feed:gain ratio was decreased by 18.8%in BS in comparison with CT group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of organic matter(OM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)across the whole feedlotting period were somewhat increased in BS in comparison with CT group.The feces particle size analysis showed beef bulls in BS group digested the feed ingredient much completely than those animal in CT group.Taken all together,dietary Bacillus subtilis supplementation cannot increase feed intake,but it somewhat improved protein and fiber digestion and remarkably increased growth rate(+23%),resulting in a significant promotion in feed conversion efficiency.
