摘要
目的研究补肾活血方联合地屈孕酮对复发性自然流产患者妊娠结局及血清IL-6、TGF-β1水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月收治的90例复发性自然流产患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组患者使用地屈孕酮治疗,试验组患者则在对照组的基础上联合补肾活血方治疗,2周为一个疗程,2组均连续治疗5个疗程。比较2组治疗后患者临床疗效、妊娠结局及治疗前后血清IL-6、TGF-β1水平变化。结果试验组患者临床总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的57.78%;试验组的流产率为15.56%,低于对照组的44.44%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者血清IL-6、TGF-β1水平均升高,且试验组明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论补肾活血方联合地屈孕酮可有效缓解复发性自然流产患者临床症状,提高机体免疫能力,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To study the effect of reinforcing kidney and activating blood recipe combined with didroxyprogesterone on pregnancy outcome and serum IL-6 and TGF-β1 levels in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods A total of 90 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with didroxyprogesterone,while patients in the treatment group were treated with the combination of reinforcing kidney and activating blood recipe on the basis of the control group,with one course of treatment for 2 weeks.Both groups were treated for 5 courses continuously.The clinical effects and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.After treatment;the changes of serum IL-6 and TGF-β1 levels were compared before and after treatment.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 88.89%,which was higher than 57.78%in the control group.The abortion rate in the treatment group was 15.56%,which was lower than that in the control group(44.44%).Compared with before treatment,serum levels of IL-6 and TGF-β1 in both groups increased after treatment,and those in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Reinforcing kidney and activating blood recipe combined with didroxyprogesterone can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of recurrent spontaneous abortion,improve the immune ability of the body,and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
