摘要
目的研究夹竹桃科鸡骨常山枝叶的生物碱类成分。方法采用硅胶、碳十八烷基反相键合硅胶(ODS)、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质与波谱数据分别鉴定其化学结构。结果从鸡骨常山的总生物碱部位中分离得到11个生物碱类化合物,分别鉴定为9个柯南因-士的宁碱类生物碱:阿枯米定碱(akuammidine,1)、阿枯米灵(akuammiline,2)、土波台文碱(tubotaiwine,3)、土波台文碱N4-氧化物(tubotaiwine N4-oxide,4)、panarine(5)、四氢鸭脚木碱N4-氧化物(tetrahydroalstonine N4-oxide,6)、17-O-acetyl derivative(7)、鸭脚树叶碱(picrinine,8)、育亨宾碱(yohimbine,9);两个其他类生物碱:melosline B(10)、pyridinium(11)。结论化合物1~7,10,11为首次从该植物分离得到。
Objective To study the alkaloid constituents of twigs and leaves of Alstonia yunnanensis(Apocynaceae).Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by using silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.The chemical struc-tures of compounds were identified based on their physical,chemical and spectroscopic methods.Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as nine corynantheine-type alkaloids:akuammidine(1),akuammiline(2),tubotaiwine(3),tubotai-wine N4-oxide(4),panarine(5),tetrahydroalstonine N4-oxide(6),17-O-acetyl derivative(7),picrinine(8),yohim-bine(9),and two other alkaloids:melosline B(10),pyridinium(11).Conclusion Compounds 1~7,10,11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
