摘要
目的 探讨滋阴补肾方对围绝经期综合征患者雌激素及雌激素受体的影响。方法 选择2021年1月—2023年1月收治的围绝经期综合征患者82例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分2组,各41例,对照组采取常规西医对症治疗,观察组在此基础上给予滋阴补肾方治疗,评价两组中医证候积分、临床疗效,测定治疗前、治疗后患者的雌激素及雌激素受体水平变化。结果 治疗后,观察组潮热汗出、腰酸膝软、头晕耳鸣、烦躁易怒、少寐多梦等评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为95.12%,对照组为75.61%,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清FSH、LH、PRL低于对照组,E_2水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组ERβ低于对照组,ERα、ERα/ERβ高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 围绝经期综合征患者治疗中采取滋阴补肾方利于患者围绝经期相关症状消退,并能有效调节患者的雌激素及雌激素受体水平,实现病情的进一步控制,获得确切的临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of Ziyin Bushen Decoction on estrogen and estrogen receptor in the patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with perimenopausal syndrome treated from January 2021 to June 2023 were enrolled in this study and assigned by the random table number method into two groups(n=41).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group with Ziyin Bushen Decoction combined with Western medicine.The TCM syndrome scores and the levels of estrogen(E2)and estrogen receptor(ER)were measured before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower scores of hot flashes and sweating,waist soreness and soft knees,dizziness and tinnitus,irritability,insomnia and dreaminess than the control group(P<0.05).The response rate was 95.12%in the observation group and 75.61%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and prolactin(PRL)and higher serum level of E2 than the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the observation group had lower ERβlevel and higher ERa and ERa/ERβlevels than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Bushen Decoction promotes the regression of perimenopausal symptoms and regulates the levels of Ez and ER,with definite clinical efficacy,being worthy of promotion.
