摘要
目的:探讨补肾化瘀方联合电针治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者子宫内膜容受性的临床疗效。方法:将80例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,2组均采用来曲唑+人绒毛膜促性腺激素促排卵+地屈孕酮治疗,其中观察组在月经周期第7天开始口服补肾化瘀方至HCG日,同时取关元、中极、子宫、气海、三阴交穴等电针治疗至HCG日,对照组患者在月经周期第7天开始口服阿司匹林片至HCG日,比较2组HCG日子宫内膜容受性相关指标及周期排卵率、妊娠率。结果:观察组子宫内膜容受性相关指标、周期排卵率、妊娠率优于对照组,观察组妊娠者与非妊娠者HCG日的A型内膜、内膜厚度均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾化瘀方联合电针能调节排卵障碍性不孕患者促排后的内膜厚度、类型及血流指数,改善宫颈黏液,提高周期排卵率和临床妊娠率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Bushen Huayu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture on endometrial receptivity in patients with ovulation disorder infertility.Methods:80 cases of ovulation disorder infertility were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with letrozole,human chorionic gonadotropin and desdrogesterone,the observation group took Bushen Huayu Formula orally from the 7th day of menstrual cycle to HCG day.At the same time,the acupoints of Guanyuan,Zhongji,Uterine,Qihai and Sanyinjiao were selected for electroacupuncture treatment until HCG day.The patients in the control group took aspirin tablets from the 7th day of menstrual cycle to the day of HCG,and the relative indicators of endometrial receptivity on HCG day,cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The relative indexes of endometrial receptivity,cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the thickness of type A intima and intima on HCG day of pregnant and non-pregnant women in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Bushen Huayu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture can regulate intima thickness,type and blood flow index of infertility patients with ovulation disorder after ovulation induction,improve cervical mucus,increase cycle ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.
