摘要
目的探讨巴戟天的抗疲劳作用,为巴戟天的保健作用提供理论基础和实验依据。方法 4组昆明种小鼠,每组20只,分别连续灌胃蒸馏水(对照组)和不同剂量的巴戟天提取物30 d。按照小鼠体质量给予不同体积的巴戟天提取物,自由摄食与饮水。研究巴戟天对小鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸(BLA)、血尿素氮(BUN)及肝糖原(LG)等疲劳指标的影响。结果与对照组相比,巴戟天低、中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间均有延长,BLA、BUN含量显著降低;LG含量显著增加。结论巴戟天具有抗疲劳作用。
ObjectiveTo check if Morinda offieinalis How has anti-fatigue effect on mice or not,which will provide a theoretical basis for clarifying the exploitation value of the resource to be developed into healthcare products. MethodsSD mice were randomly divided into four groups with 20 mice in each group.The mice in three experimental groups were administered with different doses of Morinda offieinalis How extract once per day for consecutively 30 days and the mice in the control group were treated with distilled water.After the last administration,the weight-loaded swimming time,blood lactic acid（BLA）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）and liver glycogen（LG） of each group of mice were determined. ResultsCompared with the control group,the three-dose Morinda offieinalis How treatment groups revealed a prolonged swimming time,reduced contents of BLA and BUN,and LG contents. ConclusionMorinda offieinalis How has strong anti-fatigue capability.
