摘要
目的:分析并比较用交锁髓内钉内固定术与钢板内固定术治疗股骨干骨折的效果。方法:选择2016年1月至2019年12月期间江苏省苏州市吴中区甪直人民医院骨科收治的90例股骨干骨折患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为髓内钉组(n=45)与钢板组(n=45)。对髓内钉组患者进行交锁髓内钉内固定术,对钢板组患者进行钢板内固定术,然后比较两组患者的各项手术指标及临床疗效。结果:与钢板组患者相比,髓内钉组患者术中的出血量更少,其手术的时间、术后住院的时间和术后骨折端愈合的时间均更短,其治疗的优良率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与对股骨干骨折患者进行钢板内固定术相比,对其进行交锁髓内钉内固定术的效果更好,能减少其术中的出血量,缩短其手术的时间、术后住院的时间和术后骨折端愈合的时间,提高其疗效。
Objective:To analyze and compare the effects of interlocking intramedullary nail and plate internal fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures.Methods:90 patients with femoral shaft fractures admitted to The Department of Orthopedics,Luzhi People’s Hospital,Wuzhong District,Suzhou from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into intramedullary nail group(n=45)and steel plate group(n=45)according to random number table method.Interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation was performed on patients in the intramedullary nail group,and plate internal fixation was performed on patients in the steel plate group.Then,various surgical indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Compared with patients in the plate group,patients in the intramedullary nail group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operative time,shorter postoperative hospital stay and shorter postoperative fracture healing time,and higher excellent and good rate of treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with plate fixation for femoral shaft fracture,interlocking intramedullary nail fixation has a better effect,can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the time of operation,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative fracture healing,and improve the curative effect.
