摘要
智能化是特种设备未来发展的方向和必然趋势,基于网联的智能(简称“智能网联”)是特种设备智能化最可行的路径之一。首先分析了智能网联特种设备的内涵和基本思路,然后以移动式压力容器为例,分析了其基于智能网联使用管理模式的特点,并与传统模式做了详细比对,最后提出了发展智能网联移动式压力容器的关键任务,本文研究成果可为推进智能网联特种设备的发展落地提供方向指引。
Intellectualization is the future development direction and inevitable trend of special equipment.Intelligence based on intelligent connection is one of the most feasible paths for intellectualization of special equipment,which is called“intelligent connection”for short.Firstly,the connotation of intelligent connection special equipment is analyzed.Then,taking the transportable pressure vessel as an example,the characteristics of its management mode based on intelligent connection are analyzed,and compared with the traditional mode in detail.Finally,the key tasks of developing intelligent connected transportable pressure vessel are put forward,which can provide guidance for promoting related work.
