摘要
随着现代生产的不断发展,压力容器作为一种特种设备已广泛应用于石油、化工等行业。许多压力容器长期处于某些特殊的生产环境(腐蚀性介质、高温高压等),受到各种各样的腐蚀,从而导致失效甚至发生生产事故。基于对钢制压力容器局部腐蚀失效原因的研究,提出故障树分析与灰关联分析相结合的分析方法,并根据具体的腐蚀形式提出相应的防护措施。
Along with the development of the modern production, the pressure vessels as a type of special equipment are widely used in the petroleum, chemical industry and etc. However, some pressure vessels are applied in the extreme environment, suffering from the corrosion, which leads to the failure even the production accident. Therefore, based on the cause analysis of the local corrosion failure of the steel pressure vessel, the fault tree analysis and the grey relational analysis are combined and the protective measures are proposed according to the specific corrosion failures.
