摘要
人类命运共同体理念作为应对全球发展危机的中国方案,得到了国内外的广泛认同和接受。国内学者在马克思主义哲学、法学等领域对人类命运共同体的概念、背景、思想基础、解决当前全球危机的贡献以及实现路径等方面进行了深入研究与分析并达成基本学理共识,形成了丰富的学术研究成果。在理念的主体、中华传统优秀文化的现实意义以及普世价值存在与否等方面存有一定分歧有待进一步的深入研究。
As a China’s solution to the global development crisis,the concept of“Community with a Shared Future for Mankind”has been widely recognized and accepted by the domestic and international communities.Domestic scholars have conducted in-depth research and analysis on the connotation,background,ideological foundation,contribution to solving the current global crisis and the realization path of the concept from perspectives of Marxist philosophy and law and have reached a basic academic consensus,which has brought out a wealth of academic research results.Nonetheless,there have still been some divergences in the subject of the concept,the practical significance of the Chinese traditional excellent culture to the concept,and the existence of universal value,which need to be studied and clarified.Besides there are certain research dilemmas in the implementation of the concept.
