摘要 通过对水性底漆、水性面漆、水性罩光清漆分别采用不同配方的性能检测和制造成本的比较,选择出最优的新能源汽车涂装用水性漆配套体系的设计;并且结合新能源汽车的水性漆的涂装工艺及水性漆的现场应用,介绍了水性漆在施工过程中的常见问题及解决方案。此工艺与流行的车用涂装技术相比VOC排放减少,能耗也随之降低。 In this paper,the performance of the water-based primer,the water-based topcoat,and the water-based overcoat varnish was tested with different formulations,and their manufacturing costs were compared,which were employed to select the optimal design of the water-based paint supporting system for the painting process of new energy vehicles. Meanwhile,combined with the application process of water-based paint for new energy vehicles and the field application of water-based paint,the common problems and solutions of water-based paint in the construction process were introduced. In the comparison of the current painting process for vehicles,the method in this work possessed the smaller VOC value and lower energy consumption.
