摘要
汽车工业飞速发展,人们对汽车色彩的越来越关注,随着大量色彩鲜艳的车辆交付市场,涂装油漆色彩质量也得到了长足发展。油漆喷涂过程中产生缺陷往往不可避免,如何快速修复交付市场则成为解决该问题的救命稻草。油漆修补最大的问题在于修补色差,修补色差受到修补油漆种类、调漆配比、修补手法、烘烤条件、打磨处理等因素影响,想要出色完成修补任务,上述因素缺一不可。文章主要探讨了市面上常见的红色和蓝色金属漆修补过程中出现的色差问题。
