摘要
热浸锌作为钢铁材料主要的防护手段之一,研究热浸锌工艺本身的产排污特征及产排物系数,对掌握相关产品、工艺环节产排污总量,制定更为科学合理的产排污标准,提升制造业绿色化水平具有积极意义。基于"第二次全国污染源普查工业污染源产排污核算"项目工作成果,针对热浸锌工艺深入研究了其污染产生特征及产污系数,可为"二污普"产污总量核算提供考察依据。
Hot dip galvanizing is one of the main protective measures for iron and steel materials. To study the characteristics of pollution generation and pollution production coefficient of hot-dip galvanizing process is of great significance for mastering the total amount of related products and the discharge during the process links,formulating more scientific and reasonable production and discharge standards,and enhancing the green level of manufacturing industry. Based on the project of the second national pollution source census,this paper studied the characteristics of pollution generation and pollution production coefficient of hot-dip galvanizing process and further provided a basis for the total amount accounting of pollution production of second national survey on pollution.
