井下随钻测斜仪误差校准方法及系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着油气开采领域中水平井、大位移井的大量开发,能够实时测量钻井轨迹的随钻测斜仪对于提高井筒轨迹控制精度,提高油气开采效率具有重要的意义。由于随钻测斜仪本身传感器加工及安装误差的影响,导致其测量得到的井斜、方位和工具面角具有较大的误差。同时针对传统25位置法、9位置法等校准耗时长、操作复杂的问题,提出了一种基于三特定位置法的测斜仪误差校准方法。首先,建立误差校准模型,利用三位置构建9个方程组,解算出误差修正矩阵,最后,开发出上位机系统。系统采用C#、MATLAB语言混合编程设计而成,具有实时数据采集、实时姿态测量显示、实时曲线绘制、数据报表、历史数据查询等功能。经过大量的现场校准试验,测斜仪测量精度相对于校准前得到了大幅提升,井斜提高了50%,方位提高了85.37%,工具面提高了69.33%。 With the large-scale development of horizontal wells and large displacement wells in the field of oil and gas exploitation,the LWD inclinometer capable of real-time measurement of drilling trajectory is of great significance for improving the accuracy of wellbore trajectory control and improving oil and gas production efficiency.Due to the influence of the sensor processing and installation error of the Drilling Inclinometer,the measured inclination,azimuth and tool face angle have large errors.At the same time,for the traditional 25-position method,9-position method and other calibration time-consuming and complicated operation,this paper proposes an error calibration method based on three specific position methods.Firstly,an error calibration model is established,and nine equations are constructed by three positions to solve the error correction matrix.Finally,the upper computer system is developed.The system is designed by C#and MATLAB language mixed programming,with real-time data acquisition,real-time attitude measurement display,real-time curve drawing,data report,historical data query and other functions.After a large number of on-site calibration tests,the accuracy of the inclinometer has been greatly improved compared to before calibration.The well inclination has increased by 50%,the azimuth has increased by 85.37%,and the tool surface has increased by 69.33%.
