小体积随钻存储测斜仪的设计及校准方法 被引量:4

摘要 针对煤矿现有随钻测斜仪体积大、不适合直径50 mm钻杆随钻测量,以及校准时间长的问题,首先采用MEMS传感器设计了直径25 mm随钻存储小体积测斜仪;其次采用椭球拟合方法对MEMS传感器误差进行补偿,并通过空间坐标变换,采用20基准点对测斜仪进行校准;最后对测斜仪校准前后数据进行了对比测试。结果表明,所设计的随钻测斜仪实现过水面积471 mm2,校准时间由4~5 h缩短至15 min,倾角均方根误差由0.57°降到0.08°,方位角均方根误差由3.90°降到0.85°,适合直径50 mm钻杆的随钻存储测量。 Solutions have been put forward to solve the problem that the size of the existing MWD inclinometer is too large for the measurement of rod with a diameter of 50 mm and the calibration time is too long. Firstly,a small size storage MWD inclinometer with a diameter of 25 mm was designed by using MEMS sensors; secondly,the error of MEMS sensors was compensated by ellipsoid fitting calculation method,and the inclinometer was calibrated with 20 reference points through the spatial coordinate transformation; finally,the data before and after the calibration of the inclinometer were tested and compared.The result showed that the water flow cross section area of the designed MWD inclinometer reaches 471 mm2,the calibration time is reduced to 15 minutes,from 4 hours to 5 hours,the root mean square error of tilt angle decreases from 0. 57° to 0. 08°,and the root mean square error of azimuth angle decreases from 3. 90° to 0. 85°,which is suitable for the storage MWD measurement of rod with a diameter of 50 mm.
