酒钢选烧厂铁精矿浓缩沉降系统问题分析

摘要 近年来随着酒钢镜铁山矿铁矿石性质变化,酒钢选烧厂选矿工序铁精矿质量阶段性波动,同时伴随精矿浓缩系统铁精矿沉降困难,铁精矿过滤水分上升的问题。一方面对选矿工序的正常造成较大影响,也对烧结工序的配料及烧结矿质量产生影响。本文重点针对影响选矿工序铁精矿浓缩沉降的影响因素进行分析,并提出改善建议。 In recent years,with the change of iron ore properties in Jingtieshan Mine,the quality of iron concentrate fluctuates in stages in the ore dressing process of the mineral processing and sintering plant of JISCO,along with the difficulty of iron concentrate settling in the concentrate system and the problem of iron concentrate filtering water rising.On the one hand,it has a great influence on the normal operation of the ore dressing process,and also on the batching and sinter quality of the sintering process.This paper focuses on the analysis of the factors affecting the concentration and settlement of iron concentrate in ore dressing process and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
