摘要
产学研深度合作是有效推动粤港澳大湾区经济发展、提升粤港澳大湾区高等教育质量和建立科技创新中心的重要因素。本文以粤港澳大湾区内的惠州市为例,介绍其产学研合作的基本模式,分析其在产学研深度合作中存在的学校人才培养落后于产学研合作需求、企业合作热情不高、产学研合作推进机制不完善、产学研合作意识和层次不足等问题,提出要通过加快成果转化、构建创新平台以及借助国家"一带一路"倡议提升惠州市产学研合作效果,助推惠州市创新能力和经济发展。
The in-depth cooperation between industry,universities and research institutes is an important factor to effectively promote the economic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,improve the quality of higher education and establish a scientific and technological innovation center.This paper takes Huizhou's industry-university-research cooperation in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao as an example.This paper takes Huizhou City in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao as an example,introduces the basic model of industry-universityresearch cooperation,analyzes the problems in industry-university-research cooperation,such as lagging behind the training of talents in schools,low enthusiasm for cooperation among enterprises,incomplete promotion mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation,and insufficient awareness and level of industry-university-research cooperation,and proposes that Huizhou's innovation capacity and economic development should be boosted by accelerating the transformation of results,building an innovation platform,and enhancing the effectiveness of URI cooperation with the help of the national initiative of"The Belt and Road".
