摘要
鄂尔多斯职业学院围绕服务于国家级现代煤化工产业示范区发展定位,建设基于现代煤化工双主技术的共享型综合实践教学基地,搭建产教融合平台,解决专业与产业、职业岗位脱节问题,实现教学过程与生产过程充分衔接,综合职业技能训练、技能培训与鉴定、技能竞赛、技术研发和生产实践的功能需要,将教学活动与生产实践、社会服务、技术开发紧密结合,立足为学生和教师提供优质教育资源和科研条件,为企业在岗人员职业技能提升训练提供平台,创新区域实训资源共享模式。
Focus on the development orientation of the national modern coal chemical industry demonstration area;Ordos Vocational College have constructed the comprehensive-shared practice teaching based on modern coal chemical technologies of dominant and leading.The purpose was to build a platform for industry and education compatible,solve the problem of disconnection between professional and industrial,and even occupation post.Further,it has realized the fully connection of teaching process and production process,has satisfied the function requests of comprehensive vocational skill training,skill training and identification,skill competition,technology research and practice.It has the banding together of practice,social service and technology development,has created conditions of quality resources and scientific research for students and teachers,has provided a platform for employee skills upgrading and training.A new sharing pattern of regional training resources has been created.
