船用渐缩管泄漏的建模与仿真研究

摘要 船舶管系结构复杂且管线长,管道发生小孔泄漏时不易察觉。本文利用Fluent软件对船用渐缩管出现小孔泄漏时管道内流体的流动情况进行数值模拟分析,从而为船用渐缩管小孔泄漏检测技术提供参考。研究表明:当流体入口速度、泄漏孔孔径不变时,泄漏孔位置距离渐缩管入口越远,泄漏量越小,泄漏孔处压力损失也越小;泄漏孔位置的改变不会影响泄漏孔处速度变化的趋势。当泄漏孔位置、孔径不变时,提高流体入口速度,泄漏量随之增加,泄漏孔处压力及速度损失也增大。流体入口速度变化对泄漏孔处压力及速度造成的影响要比泄漏孔位置改变对其影响较大。 The ship's piping system has a complicated structure and long pipelines,and it is difficult to detect the leakage of small holes in the pipeline.Fluent software was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis of the fluid flow in the pipeline when the small hole leakage occurs in the marine reducer,so as to provide a reference for the small hole leakage detection technology of the marine reducer.Studies have shown that when the fluid inlet velocity and the leak hole diameter remain unchanged,the farther the leak hole is from the reducer inlet,the smaller the leak⁃age and the smaller the pressure loss at the leak hole;the leak hole The trend of speed change will not be affected by the change of the leak hole position.When the position and diameter of the leak hole remain unchanged,increasing the fluid inlet velocity will increase the leakage and the pressure and velocity loss at the leak hole.The influence of fluid inlet velocity change on the pressure and velocity at the leak hole is greater than that of the change in the posi⁃tion of the leak hole.
