重型新型冠状病毒肺炎早期清醒俯卧位通气治疗1例 被引量:3

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,80岁,以纳差、腹痛为主要临床表现,胸部CT:双肺感染性病灶,咽拭子新型冠状病毒核酸阳性,2月13日入我院。发病前有外出超市购物,无其他流行病学史。既往史:无特殊。根据新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第五版),诊断分型为普通型。治疗:鼻导管2 L/min吸氧,干扰素α-2b 500万U雾化2次/d+达芦那韦考比司他(800 mg/100 mg) 1片。
