摘要
为提高配方原料均质性,以云南省烟草烟叶公司配方打叶原料细分为例,对常规分选后A产地C3F烟叶进行笼间烟碱质量分数检测分析,再按颜色、身份和颜色-身份3种方式进行精细分类后得到的不同类型A产地烟叶分组进行笼间烟碱质量分数检测分析.结果表明,细分后两类烟叶烟碱质量分数变异系数为14.61%和11.14%,较常规分选的29.22%减小了50.00%和61.88%.通过原料分析指导烟叶精细分类,可有效提高配方原料的均质性.
In order to improve the homogeneity of the proportion raw materials, we take the refined classification of the proportion raw materials of Yunnan Tobacco Leaf Company as an example. After conventional classification, C3 F from A origin were tested and analyzed of inter-cages for the nicotine content. Then, refined classification was made according to the three methods color, thickness and color-thickness, to get the different types of tobacco leaves obtained from A origin and the detection and analysis of inter-cages nicotine contents were performed. The results showed that the coefficients of variation of nicotine content in the two refined classified tobacco leaves were 14.61% and 11.14%, decreased by 50.00% and 61.88% compared to 29.22% in conventional classification. After the analysis of raw materials we can guide the refined classification of tobacco leaves to effectively improve the homogeneity of proportion raw materials.
