摘要
本文对贵州主产区典型中部烟叶两两间的配伍性进行了评价和分析。结果表明,配伍性较好或好的组合有BE、BF、AB、BC、A1B3、A1E3、B1C3、B1F3、C1F3、E1F3、A3B1、A3C1、A3E1、A3F1、B3E1、B3F1、C3F1。单个产区烟叶配伍性得分从高到低排列依次为F、B、A、E、C、D。从配伍性结果看,单产区的感官评吸分数高的烟叶其配伍性不一定好,而单产区感官评吸分数低的烟叶其配伍性不一定差,通过对组合比例的变化,可获得配伍性较好的组合,弥补单一产区烟叶的缺陷,可实现两两产区的质量互补。
The compatibility between two tobacco leaves in typical middle part of plants from the main produ-cing areas in Guizhou Province was evaluated in the present work. The results showed that good and better to-bacco compatibility Combinations were BE、BF、AB、BC、A1 B3、A1 E3、B1 C3、B1 F3、C1 F3、E1 F3、A3 B1、A3 C1、A3 E1、A3 F1、B3 E1、B3 F1、C3 F1 . The region tobacco compatibility from high to low is F、B、A、E、C、D. The compatibility result suggests that the region compatibility with high sensory evaluation scores was not always good, while the region compatibility with low sensory evaluation scores was not always bad. Good com-patibility might be obtained through some changes in the mix proportion, by which the defect of single region could be made up for. Therefore, the high quality might be realized by the complementation two producing re-gions.
