摘要
将13种烟叶两两之间按不同比例进行混配,研究了它们的配伍性.根据配伍性随混配比例变化的趋势,以感官评吸得分差为分界点,将烟叶间的混配模式划分成2种:感官质量差异大、得分差在4分以上的烟叶宜按第1种模式混配,即感官质量相对较好的烟叶用量大于相对较差的烟叶;感官质量差异小、得分差在4分以下的烟叶宜按第2种模式,即1∶1的比例混配.
Each couple of 13 tobaccos was mixed in different ratio to study their compatibility. Base on the relation between compatibility and mixing ratio, the mixing model between tobacco could be divided into two set according to their organoleptic evaluation mark : if one tobacco is better than another in organoleptic quality and differential value is higher than 4, the mixing ratio of better tobacco would be higher. This is the first model ; if one tobacco is similar to another in organoleptic quality and differential value is smaller than 4, the ratio mixing would be 1: 1. This is the second model.
