摘要
为研究施镀工艺对铝合金化学镀镍的影响,基于前期试验结果,研究了使用较优双组分配位剂组合的镀液在进行化学镀镍过程中施镀温度和pH值对施镀特性和镀层耐腐蚀性的影响。研究结果表明:选用前期含有10 g/L柠檬酸和5 g/L丁二酸的较佳配位剂组合对应的镀液在85℃及pH值为4的条件下对铝合金进行化学镀镍,可获得耐腐蚀性较佳的镀层。
The influences of processing temperature and pH value of the bath on the plating characteristics and the corrosion resistance of the coatings were explored for the plating solution with the optimal bi-component common complexing agents based on previous experimental results.Results showed that the nickel coatings with good corrosion resistance could be obtained by electroless deposition in the previous bath added with composite complexing agents of 10 g/L citric acid and 5 g/L succinate at 85℃under pH=4.
