摘要
采用钻石模型分析中国海洋经济创新发展能力提升的主要影响因素,选取国内三大海洋经济圈相关数据,使用主成分分析法识别出四个主要因子,并对三大海洋经济圈创新发展能力进行计算评价。分析发现:市场机制扩大了三大海洋经济圈的创新发展绩效,恰当的政府调控是实现均衡发展的必要前提。
The diamond model is applied to analyze the main influencing factors of improving the innovation and development ability of China's marine economy.Based on the relevant data of three major marine economic zones in China,four main factors are identified by principal component analysis,and the innovation and development ability of the three marine economic zones is calculated and evaluated.This study found that the market mechanism has expanded the innovation and development performance of the three marine economic zones,and appropriate government regulation is the necessary prerequisite to achieve balanced development.
