海上风机高压回转接头设计与研究

摘要 液压传动技术在风力发电中具有十分广阔的应用前景,特别是海上大型风机借助回转接头特殊的结构和功能可实现新的动力传递方式。针对海上风机需求特点和使用条件,采用新型组合密封设计回转接头的密封结构,并综合现有回转接头的技术优势对结构进行优化设计。经试验测试运行,回转接头工作可靠,性能稳定,较好地满足了海上风机液压系统的试验要求,对于提升回转接头性能和拓展其应用范围具有重要意义。 Hydraulic transmission technology has a very broad application prospect in wind power generation.Especially in large offshore wind turbines,with the special structure and function of the rotary joint,the wind turbine can realize a new power transmission mode.In view of the conditions and characteristics of offshore wind turbines,adopting new combined seal design to seal structure of rotary joint,and optimize the structure by integrating the technical advantages of existing rotary joints.After test operation,the rotary joint works reliably and has stable performance,which satisfies the test requirements of the hydraulic system of offshore wind turbines.It is of great significance to improve the performance of the rotary joint and expand its application range.
