深海活塞压力平衡器组合密封结构设计与分析 被引量:2

摘要 活塞往复动密封是活塞压力平衡器核心部件,传统活塞往复密封在深海大压力下容易出现爬行、泄漏等现象。基于传统油压往复密封理论,提出一种新型串联式组合往复动密封结构,该结构以矩形直通式迷宫密封为前置密封,以星形密封圈为主密封。通过有限元分析验证迷宫密封对流体压力耗散作用,并确定出星形圈初始压缩率。研究表明:迷宫密封对流体压力具有明显耗散作用,可为主密封创造有利的密封条件;主密封接触应力大于静水压力,结合密封判定条件,可判定新型组合密封整体性能满足设计要求。 Piston reciprocating dynamic seal is the core component of the piston pressure balancer. The traditional piston reciprocating seal is prone to crawling and leaking under deep sea pressure. Based on the traditional theory of hydraulic reciprocating sealing, a new type of tandem type combined reciprocating dynamic sealing structure was proposed,which uses rectangular straight-through labyrinth seal as front seal and star seal as main seal.The effect of the labyrinth seal on the dissipation of fluid pressure was verified by finite element analysis and the initial compression rate of the star circle was determined. The study shows that the labyrinth seal has a significant dissipation effect on the fluid pressure and can create a favorable sealing condition for the main seal.The contact stress of the main seal is greater than the hydrostatic pressure,combined with the sealing judgment conditions,the overall performance of the new combination seal can be judged to meet the design requirements.
