计及天气因素影响的风-光-火-储联合发电策略研究

摘要 抽水蓄能电站水库库容是制约抽蓄调节能力的关键因素,其受到不同季节的天气因素的影响。以往抽水蓄能电站模型的研究中很少考虑天气因素造成的影响,这将造成含抽水蓄能电站电力系统运行状态建模仿真的偏差。详细分析了天气因素对抽水蓄能水库水量的影响,针对水量变化建立计及考虑天气因素的抽水蓄能电站模型,该模型用于分析风-光-火-储系统的优化运行。结果表明,不同天气条件下抽蓄的调节能力变化会显著影响系统的调峰能力及新能源消纳水平。提出的模型能够更精确、有效地模拟天气条件对系统调节带来的影响。 The reservoir capacity of a pumped-storage power station is a key factor that restricts the regulation capacity of pumped storage,which is affected by weather factors in different seasons.In the previous studies of pumped-storage power station models,the influence of weather factors is rarely considered,which will lead to deviations in the modeling and simulation of the operating state of power system with pumped-storage power stations.The influence of weather factors on the water volume of pumped-storage reservoir is analyzed in detail,and a model of pumped-storage power station considering weather factors is established to analyze the optimal operation of wind-PV-thermal-storage power system.The results show that the variation of energy regulation capacity of pumped storage under different weather conditions will significantly affect the peak regulation capacity of the power system and the level of new energy absorption.The proposed model can more accurately and effectively simulate the influence of weather conditions on power system regulation.
