摘要
抽油机井管理过程中,一般根据泵效、动液面、系统效率等数据判断单井运行状态,从而确定措施潜力井。泵效低、液面高、系统效率低的问题井极易被发现,泵效、系统效率相对较高的正常生产井往往容易被忽视,但通过分析高效井的运行情况,其中部分井仍然具有参数整体优化空间。但是整体优化过程中应考虑成本问题,才能保障措施效益,因此,参数整体优化工作需要紧密结合检泵时机。从地面参数大地下参数小潜力井挖潜发现,实施调大泵径降低冲次后,再结合实际生产实施连抽或间抽管理,在产量基本不变的情况下,单井效益有明显提升,从管理方面达到了提效的目的。
In the process of well management,the single well operation state is generally judged according to the pump efficiency,dynamic liquid level and system efficiency,so as to determine the potential well of measures.The problems of low pump efficiency,high liquid level and low system efficiency are easy to be found.Normal production wells with relatively high pump efficiency and system efficiency are often ignored.However,through the analysis of the operation of high efficiency wells,some wells still have the overall optimization space of parameters.But the cost should be considered in the whole optimization process to ensure the benefit of the measures.Therefore,the overall optimization of parameters needs to be closely combined with the timing of pump inspection.It is found that the potential of well with large ground parameters and underground parameters and small potential wells is found.After the pump diameter is adjusted to reduce the number of flushing,combined with the actual production,continuous pumping or inter pumping management is implemented.Under the condition of the basic production unchanged,the benefit of single well has been improved obviously,and the purpose of improving the efficiency has been achieved from the management.
