摘要
低码率视频压缩技术是多媒体通信的关键技术。基于块编码的低码率视频压缩技术中 ,块效应现象成为比较突出的问题。本文讨论了低码率视频压缩技术中消除块效应的方法 ,提出了基于约束复原原理的一种具体块效应消除方法 ;并根据计算机软件实现的结果分析 ,得出了结论 :采用约束复原的块效应消除方法可以同时提高客观PSNR值和改善块效应现象。因此这种基于约束复原的块效应消除方法具有较高的实用价值和理论意义。
Low bit rate video coding is one of key techniques in multimedia communications Blocking effect is a major degradation in block based low bit rate video coding techniques In this paper,we discuss theory and way to reducing blocking effects And a method to reduce the blocking effects based on constrained restoration theory is proposed According to the results of software simulation our method can reduce the blocking effects,improve the visual qualities and increase the peak SNR values Thus the proposed blocking effect reduction method based on constrained restoration is a practical and promising method
