摘要
超高转差率电动机作为抽油机驱动电动机是提高抽油机系统效率的主要措施之一,具有转子电阻大、启动力矩大、启动电流小、机械特性软等特点,经过现场进行超高转差率电动机安装前后对比测试及分析,应用超高转差率电动机后有功节电率7.15%、无功节电率34.71%、综合节电率9.14%,提高了系统效率。对设备起到了保护作用,减少了设备维修、更换费用,也减少了停井时间,具有良好的综合经济效益,是抽油机较理想的驱动设备。
Ultra high slip motor as the drive motor of a pumping unit is one of the main measures to improve the efficiency of the pumping unit system,which has a large rotor resistance,high starting torque,small startup current,and soft mechanical properties and so on.By the field contrast test and analysis before and after ultra high slip motor installation,it is found that after ultra high slip motor is installed,active power saving rate reaches 7.15%,reactive power saving rate is34.71%,comprehensive power saving rate reaches 9.14%,efficiency of the system is improved.Ultra high slip motor can protect the equipment,reduce the equipment maintenance,replacement cost,also can reduce the time of stopping well,has good comprehensive economic benefit,is ideal driven equipment for pumping unit.
