韶关市某焦化新建工程职业病危害因素控制效果评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of occupational hazards factors control effect in a new coking project of Shaoguan City

摘要 目的对韶关市某焦化新建工程的职业病危害因素进行全面识别并分析其危害程度,评价该新建工程的职业病危害因素控制情况,为企业的职业病防治管理提出建议。方法2019年采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业健康检查、职业卫生检测、工程分析和检查表分析法等方法对韶关市某焦化新建工程进行综合评价。结果韶关市某焦化新建工程项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有其他粉尘-焦尘、煤尘、噪声、高温、苯、甲苯和二甲苯等二十几种化学物质。检测了17个接尘工种和31个粉尘作业点,粉尘浓度检测范围为<0.2~71.9 mg/m3,合格率为90.32%;化学毒物检测了17个接毒工种和69个毒物作业点,其中一氧化碳的检测浓度范围为<0.1~67.2 mg/m3,合格率为90.80%;检测了22个工种个体噪声和87个工作地点的噪声强度,噪声检测的等效声级为70.2~92.7 dB(A),检测点的噪声强度为59.2~96.9 dB(A),噪声合格率为86.36%,其余各检测点的职业病危害因素浓度/强度均符合职业接触限值规定。职业病危害防护设施正常运行、有效。结论韶关市某焦化新建工程属于职业病危害严重的项目,在确保职业病防护设施正常运行、个人防护措施到位和各项职业卫生管理落实的情况下,整体职业病危害因素控制达到较好的效果,用人单位仍需进一步加强职业卫生的管理,切实保护劳动者的健康。 Objective To comprehensively identify the occupational hazards factors in a new coking project of Shaoguan City,analyze the degree of harm,evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards factors of the new project,and make suggestions for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in enterprises.Methods In 2019,the methods of field occupational health survey,occupational health examination,occupational health test,engineering analysis and checklist analysis were used for comprehensive evaluation on a new coking project of Shaoguan City.Results The main occupational hazard factors in the new coking project of Shaoguan City were other dust-coke dust,coal dust,noise,high temperature,benzene,toluene,xylene and more than 20 kinds of chemical substances.17 types of work exposed to dust and 31 dust operation points were tested,the detection range of dust concentration was<0.2-71.9 mg/m3,and the qualified rate was 90.32%.17 types of work exposed to chemical poisons and 69 chemical poisons operation sites were tested,the detection concentration range of carbon monoxide was<0.1-67.2 mg/m3,and the qualified rate was 90.80%.The intensity of 22 individual noises and 87 noise workplaces were tested,the equivalent sound level of noise detection was 70.2-92.7 dB(A),the noise intensity of the detection points was 59.2-96.9 dB(A),and the qualified rate of noise was 86.36%.The concentration/intensity of occupational hazard factors in other test points were in line with the occupational exposure limits.The protective facilities for occupational hazards were in normal operation and effective.Conclusion The new coking project of Shaoguan City is the project with serious occupational hazards.The overall control of occupational hazards factors has achieved good results in the condition of normal operation of occupational disease prevention facilities,effective personal protection measures and implementation of occupational health management.The employer still need to further strengthen the management of occupational health
