This paper briefly described the definition and main mode of electronic bidding, analyzed the existing risk factors of electronic bidding, and discussed the risk identification methods, elaborated the control scheme of electronic bidding risk, to improve the technology level of electron-ic bidding, to promote the healthy development of bidding market.
