摘要
目的研究对妊娠合并症孕妇实施综合护理措施后对出血情况的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2019年7月在我院的妊娠合并症孕妇共66例为观察对象,根据随机分组法分成试验组和研究组,对试验组孕妇实施常规护理,研究组孕妇应用综合护理措施,观察两组孕妇的妊娠结局情况。结果通过对试验组和研究组孕妇的妊娠结局情况进行比较,研究组患者的阴道出血量仅为(41.30±5.50)mL,试验组则为(80.80±6.30)mL,与此同时,在子宫恢复时间上,研究组用时为(5.50±1.80)d,试验组则为(19.80±4.60)d。最后,在新生儿Apgar评分中,研究组为(9.77±0.15)分,试验组则为(9.03±0.33)分,差异具有统计学意义。由此可以认为研究组孕妇在实施综合护理措施后的各个产程时间指标及妊娠结局情况均优于试验组。结论在妊娠期注重胎儿检测,重视情绪管理;在分娩期则了解剖宫产方案,做好不良事件的预防,建立紧急预案等,维护好产妇和婴儿安全;产褥期则指导产妇多休息,关注生命体征。对妊娠合并症孕妇实施综合护理措施后,能够减少阴道出血量情况,缩短各个产程时间,有利于提高产妇的身体恢复水平。
Objective To study the eff ect of comprehensive nursing measures on bleeding of pregnant women with pregnancy complications.Methods A total of 66 pregnant women with pregnancy complications in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into experimental group and study group.The pregnant women in the experimental group were given routine nursing,and the pregnant women in the study group were given comprehensive nursing measures to observe the pregnancy outcome of the two groups.Results By comparing the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women in the experimental group and the study group,the amount of guided bleeding in the study group was only(41.30±5.50)mlL,while that in the experimental group was(80.80±6.30)mL.at the same time,in terms of the time of uterine recovery,the time in the study group was(5.50±1.80)d,and that in the experimental group was(19.80±4.60)d.Finally,in the Apgar score of newborn,the score of the study group was(9.77±0.15),and that of the experimental group was(9.03±0.33),the diff erence was statistically signifi cant.It can be concluded that the study group is better than the experimental group in terms of the time index and pregnancy outcome after the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures.Conclusion We should pay attention to fetal detection and emotional management during pregnancy,while puerperal women should be guided to rest more and pay attention to vital signs.During the delivery period,we dissected the palace delivery plan,did a good job in the prevention of adverse events,established emergency plans,and so on,to maintain the safety of mothers and infants.Comprehensive nursing measures for pregnant women with pregnancy complications can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the time of each labor process,improve the level of physical recovery of pregnant women.
