摘要
目的探讨对妊娠合并症孕妇实施综合护理对其妊娠结局的影响。方法研究对象选取2018年1月—2019年1月于我院产科建档及分娩的妊娠合并症孕妇68例,随机分成两组,对照组(n=34)采取常规护理模式,观察组(n=34)采取综合护理模式,比较两组合并症及妊娠结局。结果观察组剖宫产率为55.9%,早产率为14.7%,胎膜早破率为5.9%,产后出血率为8.8%,均低于对照组88.2%、41.1%、26.5%及29.4%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效改善妊娠合并症孕妇妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with pregnancy complications. Methods A total of 68 pregnant women with complication of pregnancy and delivery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n =34) took the routine nursing mode and observed group (n =34) Take a comprehensive care model and complications and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate was 55.9%,the premature rate was 14.7%,the premature rupture rate was 5.9%,and the postpartum hemorrhage rate was 8.8%,which was significantly lower than the control group 88.2%,41.1%,26.5% and 29.4%.The difference was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with pregnancy complications.
