摘要
目的探讨综合护理模式对妊娠合并症孕妇妊娠结局的实际影响。方法选取我院自2018年1月至2020年1月收治的存在妊娠合并症的50例产妇为研究对象,并随机分为两组,各25例,对照组患者采取常规护理方式,实验组患者采取综合护理方式,分析比较两组患者妊娠合并症情况及妊娠结局。结果对照组患者不良妊娠结局的发生率明显高于实验组不良妊娠结局的发生率,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理方式可以有效改善产妇的分娩状况,提高产妇围产期内的护理效率,综合护理方式要求从多方面入手对患者进行相关护理,并注重各种护理细节,良好的满足患者的实际护理需求,在改善患者妊娠结局的同时,也能在一定程度上提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with pregnancy complications.Methods Fifty pregnant women with pregnancy complications who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing.The pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the parturient’s delivery status,improve the efficiency of perinatal nursing.Comprehensive nursing needs to start from many aspects,pay attention to various nursing details,meet the actual nursing needs of patients,improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients to a certain extent.
