摘要
为了取得兽药三味拳参口服液中氧化苦参碱、苦参碱良好的检测效果,研究对《兽药质量标准》中的薄层色谱法(TLC)进行改进,将三味拳参口服液样品超声提取后,以苯-甲醇-乙酸乙酯-浓氨试液(2340.2)为展开剂展开,取出,晾干,喷以稀碘化铋钾试液显色。结果在供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应位置上显示相同颜色的斑点。表明该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏、结果准确可靠,适用于兽药三味拳参口服液中氧化苦参碱和苦参碱薄层鉴别测定。
To find a TLC method for the identification of oxymatrine and matrine in sanweiquanshen oral liquid.After ultrasonic extraction of sanweiquanshen oral liquid by TLC,benzene methanol ethyl acetate concentrated ammonia test solution(2:3:4:0.2)was used as developing agent to develop,take out,air dry and spray with dilute bismuth potassium iodide test solution.In the chromatogram of the test sample,spots of the same color appear on the corresponding positions of the chromatogram of the control sample.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.It is suitable for the TLC identification of oxymatrine and matrine in sanweiquanshen oral liquid.
