摘要
用苯-醋酸乙酯-丙酮-浓氨试液(3∶3∶1∶0.1)为展开剂,以0.5%CMC-Na硅胶G为吸附剂,薄层扫描法测定阴可净泡腾栓中苦参碱含量。样品测定波长为525nm,参比波长为650nm,苦参碱在1~5μg范围内呈线性关系。回归方程y=13840.28x-5422.67,r=0.9983,平均回收率为96.81%,RSD为1.67%。
Matrine of Yinkejing effervescent suppository was separated on 0.5%CMC_Na silica G plate with benzene_ethyl acetate_acetone_ammonia water (3∶3∶1∶0.1)as mobile phase. The sample was analyzed by CS_930 dual wave length TCL scanner at λs=525nm and λR=650nm. Linear relationship was recealed between 1 and 5μg(r=0.9983). The average recovery was 96.81%(n=5) and the RSD was 1.67%.
