摘要
医药行业的长足发展为高职院校药学专业提拱了新机遇,同时也提出了新要求。通过对高职院校药学专业学生的就业现状和需求进行调查,发现药学专业学生就业基本实现专业对口,但薪酬偏低,就业单位集中在民营企业,且多为药品销售的一线岗位,用人单位和毕业生对现设课程应用性的评价不一致,现设课程必须进一步最优化。药学专业课程体系构建要坚持立德树人,聚焦学生核心能力培养;以就业为导向,对接岗位需求,设置针对性的课程体系。
The rapid development of pharmaceutical industry provides new opportunities for pharmacy major in vocational colleges,and also puts forward new requirements.Through the survey of the employment status of pharmaceutical students in vocational colleges and the demand,it is found that the employment of pharmaceutical students is basically matched with their major,but the salary of the graduates is low.The units of their employment are mainly in private enterprises and most of them are at front-line posts of drug sales.Employers and the graduates have different evaluation on the existing application-oriented courses and thus the courses need to be further optimized.Therefore,we should adhere to the moral education in the construction of pharmaceutical professional curriculum system,focus on the cultivation of students’core competence,take employment as the guidance,meet the post demand and set up a targeted curriculum system.
