摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足“两个大局”,提出并发展了新时代中国共产党的边疆治理方略。新时代中国共产党的边疆治理方略以坚持中国共产党的领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持依法治边、坚持精准定位和区域发展为显著特征,全方位涵盖了边疆地区的经济治理、政治治理、文化治理、社会治理、生态治理五大领域,包含了一系列重要的理论创新和制度创新,是推动边疆地区跨越式发展、促进边疆各族儿女团结进步、实现中华民族伟大复兴的思想指导和行动指南。
Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,the central committee of CPC headed by Xi Jingping has launched a new strategy for governance of border areas.The strategy feature an adherence to leadership by the Party,to people-centered policy-making,to rule of law,and to precise positioning in regional development.It covers the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological areas that are important for border governance,and is a result of theoretical and institutional innovation.As such it is a guideline for promoting development and progress in border areas and achieving the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
