摘要
戴宁教授认为勃起功能障碍病因病机较为复杂,与肝、肾、心、脾功能失调密切相关。戴教授根据临床常见病例将勃起功能障碍分为肝气郁结型、肾虚血瘀型、湿热下注型、肾阴亏虚型、肾阳不足型5种,并分别予以起痿11号方、血府壮阳方、龙胆泻肝汤、二地鳖甲煎及右归丸加减治疗。其中起痿11号方与血府壮阳方为戴教授多年临证经验的总结,两方对于临床常见的肝气郁结型、肾虚血瘀型患者具有显著的治疗效果。戴教授注重针药结合辨治疾病,并重视日常调护、情志调节及夫妻关系对疾病的影响,笔者总结跟师临床经验及典型验案,分析其辨治特色,以供现代临床参考。
Professor DAI Ning believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of erectile dysfunction are more complicated and closely related to the dysfunction of liver,kidney,heart and spleen.Professor DAI classified erectile dysfunction into five types based on common clinical cases,liver-qi stagnation type,kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,damp-heat betting type,kidney-yin deficiency type,and kidney-yang deficiency type.They were treated with Qiwei No.11 Recipe,Xuefu Zhuangyang decoction,Longdan Xiegan decoction,Erdi Biejia decoction and Yougui Pills.Among them,Qiwei No.11 prescription and Xuefu Zhuangyang decoction are the summary of Professor DAI’s years of clinical experience.The two prescriptions have significant therapeutic effects on patients with liver-qi stagnation and kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Professor decoction pays attention to the combination of acupuncture and medicine to differentiate and treat diseases,as well as the influence of daily nursing,emotional adjustment and husband and wife relationship on diseases.The author summarizes the clinical experience and typical cases of the teacher,and analyzes the characteristics of differentiation and treatment for modern clinical reference.
