摘要
目的分析《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗阳痿方剂及药物配伍规律,为中医临床用药提供指导和借鉴。方法统计《中医方剂大辞典》收录治疗阳痿的方剂及药物,分别查出其性、味、归经及功效,运用Excel 2010、SPSS 22.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1、复杂系统熵聚类等对性、味、归经及功效进行统计分析。结果筛选方中高频药物为肉苁蓉、菟丝子、熟地黄、巴戟天、鹿茸、牛膝、附子、五味子、远志等,多属补虚药,药性多温、平,药味多甘、辛、苦,归经多属肾经、肝经、脾经、心经。根据高频药物的关联规则分析,得到药对配伍规则,如菟丝子—肉苁蓉、巴戟天—肉苁蓉、鹿茸—肉苁蓉、鹿茸—菟丝子、牛膝—肉苁蓉等。通过熵层次聚类挖掘新处方5首,治法以补益肝肾,健脾养心为主,兼以活血化瘀。结论《中医方剂大辞典》收录治疗阳痿方剂组方以温肾助阳,宁心安神为主,对于当代医家在临床上辨证施治用药有着一定的指导意义。
Objective To analyze the rules of prescriptions and drugs compatibility for treating impotence in‘Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions’,so as to provide guidance and reference for clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The prescriptions and drugs for treating impotence included in‘Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions’were counted,and their nature and flavour,channel tropism and effects were checked.The relevant data were analyzed by Excel 2010,SPSS 22.0,Weka 3.8,Cytoscape 3.6.1,and complex system entropy clustering.Results The medium and high frequency drugs were Herba Cistanches,Semen Cuscutae,Radix Morindae Officinalis,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Polygalae,etc.Most of them belong to drugs with function of treating deficiency,and their natures are warm,pungent and bitter.Most of them belong to kidney,liver,spleen and heart meridians.The drug compatibility rules are analyzed according to the association rule,such as Semen Cuscutae-Herba Cistanches,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum-Herba Cistanches,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae-Herba Cistanches,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae-Semen Cuscutae,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae-Herba Cistanches,and so on.Five new prescriptions were discovered by entropy hierarchical clustering.The treatment methods were mainly invigorating the liver and kidney,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Conclusion‘Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions’contains prescriptions for treating impotence with warming the kidney and promoting yang,tranquilizing the heart and mind,which has a certain guiding significance for contemporary physicians in the clinical treatment.
