摘要
针对云冈矿井下皮带机无法进行转弯调节的问题,提出一种新型的具有调节功能的皮带机运输装置。该装置通过设置转动齿轮、固定齿轮、导辊和导轮,可以根据实际工作需要进行转弯调节等。该皮带机在8501工作面的实践应用表明,与以往的皮带运输机对比,可节约大量的生产时间,极大地提高了劳动生产率。
In view of the problem that the belt machine under Yungang mine can not adjust the turn,a new belt machine transportation device with adjusting function is designed.The device can adjust the turn according to the actual work needs by setting rotating gear,fixed gear,guide wheel and guide wheel.The belt conveyor has been applied in 8501 working face.Compared with the previous belt conveyor,it can save a lot of production time and greatly improve labor productivity.
